ASATRU SUMMER HOLIDAY 2009

The first International Asatru summercamp will take place July 25 - August 1 in one of the loveliest areas of Danmark: Bogensholmlejren, Jutland, Denmark.

This will be a week during which asatruar from all over the world can get together and enjoy each others company, leaving not only unforgettable memories, but also creating everlasting friendships. It will provide a unique opportunity to meet other asatruar in surroundings of beauty, joy and learning.

The combination of recreational, educational and social activities make this camp an exciting opportunity for both individuals and families with children. Amongst the wide range of activities we will be offering for both children and adults there will be games, blots, bonfires, a market, a variety of arts and crafts, as well as lectures and workshops on asatru, runes and seidh.

This first international summercamp is hosted by the Danish Workgroup in cooperation with the following asatru groups:

Time for preliminary registration: Spring equinoxe, 21st of march 2009 and the time for final registration: Starting at 01st of april 2009.
Registration can be made by filling in the form over here.

Special needs: If you have special needs due to health, diet or other things please inform us when you register.

Price for participation

Whole week
Affiliates:
115 € - Affiliates per person whole week - tent area
135 € - Affiliates per person whole week - cabin

Non-Affiliates:
135 € - Non-Affiliates per person whole week - tent area
155 € - Non-Affiliates per person whole week - cabin

Per day payment
Per day means one overnight-stay and three meals intended for people who will attend the camp for some days only and not the whole week

Affiliates:
20 € - Affiliates per person per day - tent area
23 € - Affiliates per person per day - cabin

Non-Affiliates:
23 € - Non-Affiliates per person per day - tent area
27 € - Non-Affiliates per person per day - cabin

Reductions
Children: all prices are reduced by 50% for children aged 6 to 15, children up to age 5 are free. Maximum payment per family will be for 2 adults and 2 children, regardless of age or price category.

Persons who have a need to get a room in the cabin due to health reasons only have to pay the tent price and will be preferred in assigning a cabin place.
